To create and maintain living gardens that promote sustainable use of
natural resources. To show the beauty and diversity of our native habitat
and promote environmental stewardship. To provide an aesthetic,
educational and colorful, fun environment for students, county residents
and visitors.

Headquartered in Quitman, WCEC serves over 32,000 meters in parts of nine counties throughout northeast Texas, including Camp, Franklin, Hopkins, Rains, Smith, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood.
